The National Association Directors of Nursing Administration / Long Term Care's (NADONA/LTC) North Dakota chapter was organized in February 1994 with 26 founding members. We have a current membership of 50. Our chapter is divided into 6 regions each having its own regional director. The regions meet on a regular basis with the purpose of networking, sharing of ideas, sharing of policies and procedures and often some type of educational opportunity. Non-members are always welcome to attend these meetings. Each spring, our chapter organizes a conference and annual meeting. This event is filled with education, motivation, relaxation, networking and planning as well as the annual meeting of the chapter. NADONA of ND introduced its Vendor Sponsorship Program in 2014 giving trade vendors and other health care organization options for partnership with us. Through this partnership, it allows our chapter to provide high quality educational opportunities and nursing scholarships.
